Ma box natation eau libre est la box n\u00e9cessaire \u00e0 la bonne pratique de cette activit\u00e9 qui n’est pas sans danger. \u00a0La natation en eau libre ou en milieu naturel a le vent en poupe depuis quelques ann\u00e9es mais il faut la pratiquer avec certaines pr\u00e9cautions. Quand on nage en eau libre nous avons un sentiment de libert\u00e9 totale et pas de contraintes horaires comme les heures d\u2019ouvertures des piscines.<\/p>\n

Ma box natation eau libre contient une bou\u00e9e de s\u00e9curit\u00e9<\/a>. Cette bou\u00e9e a un double emploi. Premi\u00e8rement elle permet d’\u00eatre vu par tout le monde quand on nage en milieu naturel. Voici quelques r\u00e8gles de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 quand on s’entra\u00eene en milieu naturel.<\/p>\n

On ne part jamais seul, m\u00eame un nageur et une nageuse confirm\u00e9 (e) peuvent avoir un malaise ou une crampe. Nager seul devient dans ce cas dangereux.<\/p>\n

Avant de partir nager, nous devons pr\u00e9venir notre entourage de notre d\u00e9part.\u00a0 On leur indique l\u2019heure \u00e0 laquelle nous partons et la dur\u00e9e de l\u2019entra\u00eenement. Nous leur communiquons aussi les coordonn\u00e9es de la personne avec qui nous partons nager et le lieu exact de la sortie en milieu naturel. Il est pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable de favoriser les entra\u00eenements avec un groupe d\u2019amis ou en club.<\/p>\n

Ensuite nous pensons bien \u00e0 prendre notre mat\u00e9riel de natation. Il nous faut un maillot de bain, une paire de lunettes de pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence miroir pour avoir une protection solaire. On peut utiliser une combinaison ou une trifonction car parfois l\u2019eau peut \u00eatre plus froide que pr\u00e9vue. N\u2019oublions pas de prendre aussi de la vaseline et des gants pour pouvoir prot\u00e9ger certaines parties du corps. En effet des frottements de la combinaison et du maillot de bain pour les femmes peuvent survenir. Les gants permettent de mettre de la vaseline et de pouvoir nager ensuite sans perdre ses appuis.<\/p>\n
